踏入大学校门时，还是一个忙碌的、被动的、为分数读书的、被家庭保护着的中学毕业生。

到日本多年，终于就读大学，在这暑假经过一番反思，觉得自己缺乏的是，自修能力、基础知识、实践经验、兴趣培养、积极主动、掌控时间、为人处事。

经过大学四年的教育，我觉得大学生应有的是，从思考中确立自我，从学习中寻求真理，从独立中体验自主，从计划中把握时间，从交流中锻炼表达，从交友中品味成熟，从实践中赢得价值，从兴趣中攫取快乐，从追求中获得力量。

只要做到了这几点就够了

Criteria/Eligibility

The scholarship is open to all Malaysians planning to pursue or are currently pursuing undergraduate studies at selected leading universities in Malaysia.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Posses strong leadership skills and active participation in extra-curricular, social or voluntary activities.

2. Applicants must have consistence and outstanding academic achievement record as follows:

Undergraduate (Bachelor Degree)

1. Malaysian citizen not exceeding 22 years on 1st January 2010.

2. Currently in the first year of a Bachelor Degree programme at one of the selected leading Universities in Malaysia.

3. Obtained a minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00 for Bachelor’s Degree semester results (if applicable).

4. Obtained a minimum of 3A's & 1B for STPM or GCE A-Levels or a minimum CGPA 3.50/4.00 for Pre-University or Foundation or Matriculation Programme.

Master Degree

1. Malaysian citizen not exceeding 35 years on 1st January 2010.

2. Obtained admission to pursue studies at one of the selected leading Universities in Malaysia.

3. Obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA 3.50/4.00 or a Second Class Upper or 'A' grade average or equivalent.

Doctoral Degree

1. Malaysian citizen not exceeding 40 years on 1st January 2010.

2. Currently in the first year of a Doctoral Degree programme or have obtained admission to pursue studies at one of the selected leading Universities in Malaysia.

3. Obtained a Master Degree with a distinction or a minimum CGPA 3.50/4.00 or 'A' grade average and/or excellent examiners' report if the Master Degree is by research.

4. Obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA 3.50/4.00 or a Second Class Upper or an 'A' grade average or equivalent.
